Ship repair area
We would like to offer Ultrasonic Thickness Measurements of the Ships' Hull structures with technological forecast of steel works (sketches on repair, steel weight calculation, technical requirements and recommendations) with the further supervision during repair.
Our operators are well trained and certified according to EN 473 and experienced enough in field of ultrasonic thickness measurement and repair of the various types of the ship’s hull structure including ESP vessels.
For thickness measurements we apply the high-quality multiple echo ultrasonic thickness equipment which allows measuring of steelwork thickness and determine wastage accurately, quickly and without removing of the ship’s paint coatings.
The thickness measurement can be performed during the voyage or prior ship repair with all necessary preparation of technological instructions on the steel renewals and forecast of the steel weight.
Our team have all necessary documents and ready to get to any point of the sea area in short time on your request.
We perform the following services in field of ship repair:
- Carrying out thickness measurements of hull structures according to survey programs of Classification Societies. Using ultrasonic equipment for measuring of thickness through coating.
- Preparing UTM reports in accordance with Classification Societies’ requirements with visual marking of Substantial corrosion, Excessive wastages, action for repair and type of defects found.
- Preparation of Technological Instructions on Steel Renewals and forecast of steel works (repair schemes, steel weight calculation, technical recommendations, recommendations on next repair).
- Carrying out of ultrasonic thickness measurements of pipelines, pressure tanks, boilers and steam pipes.
- We are ready to carry out our work as in the Ukraine, as abroad and also as on board the vessel during voyage, as while staying in port or shipyard.
- Supervision for the assembling and welding during repair;
- Preparation of Enhanced Survey Program for ESP vessels.
Shipbuilding area
We would like to offer supervision for the assembling and welding, technical and technological maintenance during the building process.

- Approval of technological instructions with Owners and Classification Society.
- Development of technical documents for fixing remarks from the Owners and Classification Society.
